Is Emma Bridgewater pottery dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our earthenware is dishwasher safe. We recommend using a low-temperature cycle and liquid detergent to maintain the vibrant glaze.
Can I use my pottery in the microwave?
Our pottery is generally safe for microwave use; however, we advise against prolonged heating as it may cause the item to become very hot or crack.
Where is the pottery manufactured?
The majority of our pottery is handmade and hand-decorated in our traditional factory in Stoke-on-Trent, England.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer personalization services?
Yes, we offer a bespoke hand-painting service on selected items where you can add names or special messages.
Are your products oven-safe?
Our standard earthenware is not oven-safe unless specifically marked as 'Oven-to-Table' ware. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
